Dans ce sens, Railsider croit qu'au cours des prochaines ann\u00e9es, une connexion \u00e0 \u00e9cartement\u00a0UIC pourra \u00eatre \u00e9tablie avec le reste de l'Espagne, au-del\u00e0 du passage par Le Perthus, dont la capacit\u00e9 devrait \u00eatre limit\u00e9e \u00e0 moyen terme.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Railsider Mediterr\u00e1neo a r\u00e9cemment adapt\u00e9 son terminal de Sagunto \u00e0 l'\u00e9cartement europ\u00e9en<\/strong>, un processus <strong>d\u00e9j\u00e0 mis en place \u00e0 Portbou<\/strong> et qui <strong>sera achev\u00e9 \u00e0 Barcelone d'ici la fin de l\u2019ann\u00e9e\u00a02025<\/strong>. Ainsi, il deviendra le premier op\u00e9rateur espagnol dont toutes les installations seront reli\u00e9es \u00e0 l'Europe par \u00e9cartement\u00a0UIC. Cela permettra d'exploiter des trains directs et de maximiser la valeur ajout\u00e9e pour ses clients.<\/p>\n<p>De plus, \u00e0 Sagunto, un atelier homologu\u00e9 sera am\u00e9nag\u00e9 pour l'entretien pr\u00e9ventif des wagons, afin de r\u00e9duire \u00e0 la fois les temps d'inactivit\u00e9 et les co\u00fbts li\u00e9s au transport vers d'autres centres de r\u00e9paration.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sagunto reste l'un des principaux centres op\u00e9rationnels de l'entreprise sur le Corridor m\u00e9diterran\u00e9en<\/strong>, avec des marchandises li\u00e9es aux ports de Valence et de Sagunto, ainsi qu'aux producteurs et transformateurs d'acier. En 2024, le terminal a g\u00e9r\u00e9 un total de 327\u00a0trains, soit une augmentation de 7,6\u00a0% par rapport \u00e0 l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente.
